Occupation Ceilings under General Skilled Migration Programme 23 March 2016

Australian Government – Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP) had provided the invitation round details to apply for the Skilled – Independent and Skilled – Regional (Provisional) visa subclasses was conducted on 23 March 2016 through SkillSelect in which they also provided the Occupation ceilings details which will help us to understand about the how many candidates will get the invitation this immigration for migrate to Australia.

 

This occupation ceiling is applied to those who want to migrate to Australia under general skilled migration programme which is run by Australian Government – Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP).  To safeguard the interest of all prospective candidates they set the limit on issuing the invitation to the particulars occupation. As a result of this, invitation is not fill only few occupations under their programme. Candidates also get the benefits under State or Territory Nominated, Employer Sponsored or Business Innovation and Investment visa subclasses as occupation ceiling is not apply under this migration programme.
